Member of staff helped me choose a birthday cake giving me time despite being obviously busy. I walk with a stick and she took the trouble to carry it to the till for me. Pleasant till lady ensured I had large enough bag for it and wished me a nice evening. All in all great service.

Always Ques !! The attitude the staff has Very sad to see Staff in Waitrose are treat me different because of what I wear or where I come from?! I been treated very badly every time because I have scarf on my head!!! I phone up customer service and Haed office more than 3 times and I wrote to them.. But never thought there is no one will takes me seriously!!!! I guess they Do not really care
