  My impression was that this company was out of its depth in taking on NHS hearing provision. The staff seemed to be running about like headless chickens presumably because they could not cope with the work volume. I was persuaded by the audiologist to buy an in the ear hearing aid which he claimed would sort my hearing problem. No ear mould was taken and the device did not properly fit, even after adjustment. I took it back and eventually got a refund. Weeks later I received a box of batteries for the hearing aid I no longer had and that exemplified the lack of efficiency I had already experienced.
