  Reading other reviews made me a little nervous about this company. I ordered a "Dutch pancake" pan. I can only give an honest review of my experience which I have to say was EXCELLENT. The price was good and the pan as described. My order was processed quickly and efficiently. The pan arrived the day after the order was processed - brilliant. I only deducted one star because it proved difficult to speak to anyone at the company. When I did eventually get through the lady I spoke to was really nice AND very efficient in tracking my order and answering my query. I would order from this company again.

  Do not use. Well over a month since ordering and after several emails to them and no order they say they’ve refunded me as I didn’t respond to an elusive email from them. Terrible service.
