  In general this shop seems to be nearly always under-staffed, often causing a long wait to make a purchase. Again, today, my wife visited this shop and there was no sales assistant to be seen. Eventually a member of staff was called. My wife was trying to get a refund for an overcharge from a purchase from another branch and was assured that this could be done from her local shop. At first she was told it was possible but then another member of staff came over and said it couldn't be done because "There's no one here today to authorise it." Presumably the manager was missing - frustrating again.
